What exactly is a meeting token?
A token is what you spend to invite another member to a 1:1 meeting. You get it back at the meeting itself by showing up — or immediately if they say no, if the request expires unanswered after 14 days, or if you withdraw it before it's accepted.
Can I ever lose a token for good?
Only one way: skipping a meeting you booked (or rescheduling it less than 30 minutes before start). You never lose a token because someone else says no or does not answer.
How do badges work?
Badges reward real activity — inviting people who join, show-up streaks, trying a mixer or cohort session, connecting a second calendar. Each badge adds one permanent meeting token, up to double your plan's base. See the full badge guide.
Do cohort sessions and mixers use my tokens?
No. Tokens are only for 1:1 meeting requests. RSVP'ing to a mixer or joining a cohort session as a guest costs nothing — and showing up to your first one earns a badge.
When am I charged?
Picking a paid plan saves your card without charging it and starts your 7-day free trial. Monthly billing begins when the trial ends. Cancel anytime from settings.
